Provly is on iPhone and Android. Drivers use the app; the office can use the app or app.provly.co.uk.

In the app, go to ☰ → Settings → Delete account. It is also in Settings on app.provly.co.uk. Type DELETE to confirm.

If you own the business: the whole business and all its data are deleted, including routes, deliveries, customers, photos, videos and signatures. Your drivers can no longer log in to it.
If you drive or work for a business: you are removed from the business and your login is deleted. Deliveries you made stay with the business as its proof of delivery.

If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel your subscription there too. Deleting your account does not cancel it.

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Provly → Cancel Subscription
Android: Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Provly → Cancel
